Emilia Hahn-Zollo, LMSW, earned her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with a concentration in Social Work from St. Joseph’s College of Maine. She began her career working in residential and community settings in Maine where she worked for two years before pursuing her Master’s in Social Work at the University at Albany.

Katherine (Katie) Aikens, LCSW, received her Master’s Degree in Social Work from Binghamton University and graduated Summa Cum Laude. She has worked with youth, adults, and families in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Katie specializes in trauma treatment, and enjoys working with clients who experience depression, anxiety, and relationship problems.

Stephanie Railey, LCSW, received her Bachelor’s Degrees in Psychology and English from SUNY Geneseo. Prior to graduating, she enjoyed interning as a counselor for children who experienced trauma, as well as volunteering support for families and patients who were receiving hospice care. At the start of her career, she found her love of social work through clinical interviewing as a psychiatric research assistant.

Rachael Rocas, LMSW, obtained her Master’s degree in Social Work from The University at Albany. She brings a wealth of knowledge and skills gained by her diverse experiences in inpatient, educational and long-term care settings.

WIth a profound belief in the power of connection and human resilience, Rachael embraces a client centered approach that highlights their inherent strengths. She works with individuals of all ages, offering support to those facing trauma, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, grief and loss, emotional/behavioral dysregulation, and major life transitions. Rachael utilizes strategies from various treatment modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Somatic therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Mindfulness, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.

Mackenzie Schweikert, LMHC, completed her Bachelor’s in Psychology and Master’s in Mental Health Counseling at SUNY Albany. She started her career working with college students and has since expanded to working with adults, teens, and children. She has worked with people experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship difficulties, ADHD, trauma, and grief and loss. Her current clinical interests include working with people to address existential fears, stress and anxiety, OCD, sexual concerns, and processing traumatic experiences.
Mackenzie believes the key to growth lies in developing compassionate self-awareness, building a deeper relationship with one’s self, and processing emotions. She utilizes various treatment modalities in her practice, including person-centered, existential, psychodynamic, acceptance and commitment therapy, somatic and emotion focused approaches. This array of approaches helps Mackenzie give her clients holistic, individualized care through a warm, authentic, and compassionate lens. While she knows doing the inner work can be challenging…it does not need to be done alone.
