Nicole Anzalone, MHC-P, completed her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology with a Minor in Social Work, as well as her Master’s Degree in Counseling and Community Psychology, from Russell Sage College. Her early clinical experience focused on working with college-age students and has since expanded to include adolescents and adults. Nicole values developing a holistic understanding of each client, allowing her to better understand their concerns while also recognizing and building upon their individual strengths.

Nicole believes in creating a safe, supportive, and respectful environment where clients feel heard and understood. She works collaboratively with clients to help them navigate challenges, build insight, and move toward meaningful therapeutic goals. Her therapeutic approach integrates several evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Trauma-Informed Care, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) techniques, and Solution-Focused techniques.

Nicole works with adolescents and adults experiencing a variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship difficulties, trauma, grief, and ADHD. She is passionate about helping clients better understand themselves, strengthen coping skills, and feel empowered in their personal growth and healing journey, and is committed to delivering thoughtful, evidence-based mental health care that honors each client’s strengths and individual journey.
