Emilia Hahn-Zollo, LMSW, earned her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with a concentration in Social Work from St. Joseph’s College of Maine. She began her career working in residential and community settings in Maine where she worked for two years before pursuing her Master’s in Social Work at the University at Albany.

With nearly a decade of experience in the social work field, Emilia has worked in a variety of settings, including residential programs, community organizations, hospitals, private practice, and non-profits. She has supported clients across diverse backgrounds, helping them navigate challenges related to life transitions, grief and loss, anxiety, trauma, depression, and ADHD.

Emilia is committed to creating a welcoming and supportive therapeutic environment, recognizing that beginning therapy is a significant step. She works with adolescents and adults, tailoring her approach to each individual’s needs. Utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Trauma-Informed Care, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) parts work; she integrates a holistic perspective that considers the connection between physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
