Caitlin Derway, LMSW received her Master of Social Work degree from the University at Albany and graduated Summa Cum Laude. She has worked with children, adolescents, adults, and service members in a variety of settings. She enjoys working with those who are experiencing difficulties with anxiety, depression, adjustment challenges, relationship challenges, ADHD, emotional and behavioral dysregulation, addiction, and stress management. Caitlin utilizes an eclectic therapeutic approach, pulling from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness, Person Centered and Trauma Informed approaches.
Caitlin believes in the importance of creating a safe and supportive space where clients can explore their challenges, develop coping mechanisms, and build resilience. She is committed to tailoring her sessions to meet the individuals needs and goals while empowering clients to live more fulfilling and authentic lives.
