Jennifer Cole-Hatchard, LMHC-P, earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Social Science from St. Thomas Aquinas College followed by a Master’s Degree in Clinical mental health counseling from The College of Saint Rose. She has expertise working with a multitude of populations, including clients within correctional facilities. She enjoys working with young adults and adults with an array of presenting issues, her forte being addiction, trauma, depression, and anxiety. She has experience working at a variety of locations from Hope House intensive residential, The Family Counseling center working in the Fulton County Correctional facility to Behavioral Health Services North working both as a substance abuse counselor for outpatient as well as within Washington County Correctional facility. Jenn utilizes a variety of approaches that are tailored to each client’s needs, focusing on meeting each individual where they are on their journey. These approaches may include; cognitive-behavioral, person-centered, and solution-focused techniques. Jenn views therapy as a guiding light toward rooting through personal roadblocks to achieve the healthy and fulfilling life you have dreamed of.
