Kelsey Venditto, LCSW, is a licensed clinical social worker who earned her Master’s in Social Work from the University at Albany. With over a decade of experience, Kelsey is passionate about supporting adolescents, young adults, and individuals who have experienced trauma—whether in their personal lives or through the demands of their work, including first responders.  

Kelsey takes a warm, collaborative approach to therapy, creating a safe space where clients can explore challenges, build resilience, and move toward meaningful change. She can treat a variety of concerns, but especially enjoys working with those who may be struggling with Anxiety, ADHD, and PTSD.  She draws from evidence-based treatment approaches, including, but not limited to, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing, to help clients manage stress, strengthen relationships, and feel more confident in their decision-making.

Kelsey believes that healing happens through connection and that everyone deserves support as they work through life’s challenges. She’s honored to walk alongside her clients as they build insight, confidence, and a greater sense of balance and well-being.”
